For the past six months I have changed my morning habits and have noticed a big difference in my energy level and morning brain.
I don’t get the anxious feeling like I used to when the first thing I fueled my body with is a drug…caffeine.
Start with a glass of water and if you are not a morning person that has time to prepare breakfast…make smoothies and prolong the temptation to drink coffee till at least 11:00 a.m.

spinach, green apple, cilantro, kiwi, lemon, coconut water, pineapple juice, almond milk, ginger root
banana, mixed berries, pineapple, hemp hearts, almond milk, cranberry juice, maple sugar
kale, parsley, ginger root, lemon, carrots, frozen banana, kiwi, maple syrup
Did you know you can freeze banana!! Just cut it up, throw it in a baggie and use it in your smoothie – good ice substitute!
